Pretend Play
It has been awhile since the last picture post. Sorry! Kaylee is currently in her "pretend play" stage and she cracks me up each day! Here are some pictures of my favorites... I think the only ones missing are when she "sweeps" with my broom or "vacuums" with the hose and nozzle.
Getting Bear ready for a stroller ride.
She wore this penguin backpack for 3 nights in row.
She loved it and wouldn't take it off!
She worked sooo hard to get these shorts on.
Then she walked around holding them up with both hands!
I heard her laughing and went to see what was up.
She had my shoes on and the bag on her arm like a purse.
I think she looks so much like me when she's laughing.
But when she is more serious, she looks like Meng.
(ie: The last picture looks just like Meng!)

Decorating for Christmas
Got all the decorations up yesterday. I had to get out the super tall ladder because I couldn't reach under the roof to hang the lights.

Kaylee helped decorate the tree. She would hand me the ornaments and tried putting a couple on the tree herself. I put Christmas music on and she waved her hands and did a cute dance. She made it a lot of fun! (The tree looks a lot prettier in real life! You can see the lights better in real life.) I got this cute picture from her on the third try! After that she didn't want to sit in the chair anymore...

Body Parts II
Added elbow, knees, teeth, and belly button. :o)
Growing Girl
Sorry I haven't updated in awhile. As you know, Kaylee has been teething. There have not been many happy faces to put on the blog.
I did get some pictures of our growing girl. Here are a couple that show how much taller she has grown.

Remember when she started walking and
she couldn't grab something off the tv table?
she couldn't grab something off the tv table?
And she can almost get a cracker off the island.
(I know these pictures are a little mean. I put a cracker near
the end of the island so she had to reach up to get it.)

Missing daddy...
Forgot to post this one!
She's only ridden this twice with the power on. (Once with daddy.) She's still a little nervous. However, she sits on it all the time with the power off and once spent a whole 1/2 hour pushing the button to make it go and crying when it kept running over her foot. (She was standing beside it and pushing the button.)

Sunglasses are Fun
Kaylee having a good time. I had to hide them. After an hour of playing "put sunglasses on mommy"-- this game got old!

Happy Halloween!
I had a lot of fun today with my three little bumblebees. Kaylee started the day off with a great swim lesson and then a trip to the pumpkin patch. She had sooo much fun at swimming that she was knocked out during the entire time we were at the pumpkin patch.
Went home and got ready for the trick-or-treaters. Each time the door bell rang she would run over and watch the kids in their costumes. She also learned that CHOCOLATE IS YUMMY! She ate a lot and kept bringing us candy to open for her. Later we took her out and together we would walk up to the door and collect the candy. She would take it, place it in her basket, and then look at it to make sure it was still there.
