In the beginning...

I was recently given advice that a blog would be a great way for my husband to see our little girl growing up during his deployment. I eagerly set up a blog account and started picking through the layout designs and thinking about how awesome my little blog website would be. I quickly found out that setting up a blog and finding the perfect background, layout, and design is hard work! (Especially if you are a perfectionist like myself.)

If you are able, I encourage you to bear with me through what will probably be multiple background changes and layout designs. I guarantee that you will enjoy the daily, or weekly, (you know how time flies when you have a toddler to chase after) updates.

This blog is for family, friends, and hubby to watch our little girl, Kaylee, grow up from a toddler to a little kid while her daddy is off training/deploying with the Coast Guard.
